Biluochun Tea 碧螺春茶
Biluochun,native to Taihu Lake's Dongshan and Xishan areas,is a major Chinese green tea. The tea leaves are usually harvested before the Qingming Festival.Often planted next to fruit-bearing trees,Biluochun tea has sweet,fruity flavors unlike any other similar teas.Do note that the infusionprocess for this tea has its peculiarities.Cups should first be rinsed with boiling water.Then,pour water heated upto 80C in the cups,before adding some tea leaves. This infusion process is the best way to bring out all the refreshing and sweet flavors of this special tea.
