In September alone, about 160,000 vehicles were shipped out, setting a new monthly export record. The port’s vehicle exports cover 168 countries and regions, with exports of new energy vehicles (NEVs) doubling year on year. On average, nearly three vehicles leave Taicang Port every minute, one of which is a domestically made NEV.
